Product features:
1 、 Composed of high-performance silicon-free synthetic fibers with anti-fracture properties.
2 、 Utilizes multi-layer technology with gradually increasing density , and undergoes full dip-coating or spray-coating treatment.
3 、 The air outlet surface of the filter is reinforced and shaped with a fiberglass grid , which not only strengthens the filter material but also creates a laminar flow effect that guides the air to be evenly distributed.
4 、 Meets the fire classification standards of European DIN53438-F1 and American UL900-class2 .
5 、 Highly resistant to humidity , it can withstand a relative humidity of up to 100% and a temperature of up to 120 ℃ .
6 、 Filtration efficiency: F5 (gravimetric efficiency: 98% ) , filtration accuracy of ≥1um , and stable filtration performance.
7 、 Available in rolls or slices.
Applications:
1 、 Specially designed for the final fine filtration of painting systems and painting workshops , it is a prerequisite for high-value painting processes and high-quality paint jobs.
2 、 Installed in automobile assembly workshops , or automobile painting and baking workshops , as ceiling filter cotton. Installed on the ceiling of the painting and baking rooms in the automobile surface repair department , as the final air supply filter cotton for ventilation equipment.
3 、 Installed in production workshops and painting rooms of products requiring high gloss and high-tech polishing treatment as the final air supply filter cotton.
To use the product correctly , ensure the quality of the paint baking , the following points must be noted:
1 、 When replacing the product , first remove the air inlet , the ceiling and floor filters , carefully clean the ventilation ducts , dark corners and areas prone to dust accumulation , then close the paint baking room door , turn on the fan and let it run idle for about 1 hour.
2 、 When installing the filter cotton , there should be no gaps between the filter material, the frame and the surrounding area , first install the ceiling and air inlet filter cotton , turn on the fan and let it run idle for about 4 hours , after another cleaning , install the floor cotton , then the product can be used.
