DESCRIPTION
YC7315 is two component polyurethane system .Performance is similar to thermoplastic, poured in silicone rubber mold, making sample or prototype, transparent material.

Note: 1. When the ambient temperature is high, the reaction time of AB mixing will be shortened, component A can be put in the refrigerator for use, and component B can be stored at room temperature (component B freezing time will affect the transparency.）
MANUAL PROCESSING CONDITIONS
-- Ensure that the mould is clean and dry. For flexible moulds, use silicone rubber.
-- Shake the Part A container thoroughly in order to homogenise the resin. For best results, make sure the two components are at least 20°C before mixing.
-- Weight both parts 1:1
-- When using unfilled, add the correct amount of Part B to the Part A and stir for 15 seconds. Pour carefully in one place into the mould in order to avoid air inclusion.
-- Vacuum casting into silicone moulds. （vacuum 30seconds）
-- Put the silicone moulds into pressure tank（maintain pressure 10minutes）
-- The casting can generally be demoulded in 20-25minutes at room temperature.
HANDLING PRECAUTIONS
Normal health and safety precautions should be observed when handling these products:
l ensure good ventilation,
l wear gloves and safety glasses.

STORAGE CONDITIONS
Shelf life of both parts is 9 months in a dry place and in original unopened containers at a temperature between 15 and 25° C. Any open must be tightly closed under dry nitrogen blanket.
