An eco-friendly halogen-free flame retardant based on intumescent flame retardant (IFR) mechanism with phosphorus-nitrogen (P-N) synergistic system. Specifically formulated for PA substrates ( unreinforced & 10%-30% glass fiber-reinforced grades), it forms a dense carbon char layer during combustion to isolate heat and oxygen—achieving efficient flame retardancy while enhancing PA’s thermal stability, mechanical strength, and insulation performance.
