The NSL series "Water Curtain Dust Collection Cabinet" (hereinafter referred to as "Water Curtain Cabinet") utilizes the "film" effect and viscosity of water to fully mix and absorb paint, dust, etc. with water, thereby capturing, removing, and purifying paint mist and dust. It is suitable for painting, oil spraying, grinding and polishing, deburring, carving, and other operations of medium and small workpieces. This machine can be designed and used in conjunction with production lines such as hanging devices, assembly lines, and conveyor lines.
1. Made of carefully selected materials through cutting, bending, and splicing, it is easy to install or disassemble. It integrates functions such as paint mist collection, dust removal, and odor removal.
2. The atomized and surging water curtain purifies the paint, filtering out oil and dust particles in the air to achieve the purpose of purification.
3. It is equipped with an automatic water replenishment circulating water tank to ensure the effective filtration of paint by water splashes and the protection of filtered dust residues.
4. It uses a special electric control box with overload protection function. The lighting uses dust-proof and high-brightness LED lighting tubes.
