The Emerson MICROTEMP G7 series thermal fuses (commonly known as thermal cutoffs) are ultra-small overheating protection solutions from the Therm-O-Disc brand under the American Emerson Group. The models "G7F01184C" and "G7F51184C" are specifically designed for applications with a rated operating temperature of 184°C. The feature of this series is miniaturization, and its volume is only one-third of the industry-standard G4 or G5 series. It is specially designed to provide overheating protection for precision electronic and electrical equipment with compact internal space, which does not need to bear high current loads but requires extremely high reliability. It permanently cuts off the circuit when detecting abnormal temperatures through the internal one-time-acting thermal sensitive material, effectively preventing fires and equipment damage.
