The diesel generating set products of Shangchai/Shanghai New Power Company include several major series such as Z, R, H, D, E, G, K, W, 12VK, etc. The power of land-based units ranges from 10 - 2000Kw, and the power of marine units ranges from 20 - 3000Kw. The diesel engines and units of each series have passed the type certifications of China Classification Society (CCS), China Fisheries Inspection (ZY), etc., and meet the Tier III of the International Maritime Organization (IMO) and more stringent emission regulations.
The "Shangchai Brand" diesel generating sets can be designed with functions such as automatic parallel operation, self-starting and self-switching according to user needs. They can also be designed as bottom fuel tank units, dust-proof and silent units, mobile power stations, etc. The Shangchai Shenyang generating sets are reliable in operation, beautiful in appearance, compact in structure, and good in economic performance. Moreover, the generator voltage regulator features high voltage regulation accuracy, good dynamic performance, and long service life. They are widely used in many fields such as communication, mining, railway, hospital, road construction, industrial and agricultural production, as well as working boats, fishing boats, cargo ships, etc., and are the choice of many users.
Power range of E series: 236~495kW
The E series engines are jointly designed with AVL Company of Austria and built according to SAICMOTOR's manufacturing standards. They are a new engine platform with options of electronically controlled high-pressure common rail and electronically regulated mechanical pump fuel systems. The products of this series are characterized by strong power and good economy.
Product features:
Each cylinder has 4 valves, an overhead camshaft, and a high-strength and high-stiffness engine body. The structural strength meets the working requirements of 190bar explosion pressure. The automatic production lines of international brands such as MAG and the MES system control are adopted, resulting in high product quality and good consistency. The B10 life of the engine body exceeds 20,000 working hours. It has undergone more than 20,000 hours of bench reliability and durability tests and more than 1,500 hours of user assessment and verification, with high reliability. The single overhead camshaft combined with roller rocker arms doubles the valve clearance adjustment cycle. The compact cylinder clearance design, fracture-split connecting rods, and multiple oil filtration make maintenance simple. Without an intake air heating auxiliary device, the cold start temperature is -15°C, with strong environmental adaptability.
