Oxygen index refers to the minimum oxygen content required for a solid specimen to maintain balanced
combustion in a mixed flow of oxygen and nitrogen under specified conditions.
It is expressed as the volume percentage of oxygen. When using the oxygen

) for evaluation, conduct sample tests according to
GB/T2406-93
and calculate to determine
the oxygen index.

It is mainly used for fireproof sealing of building joints (such as curtain wall gaps).
