The SF high-temperature, high-humidity and low-noise axial flow fan for baking is a fan designed for tobacco leaf baking. The motor uses F-class and H-class insulation, featuring high temperature resistance, high humidity resistance, high efficiency, large air volume, low noise, energy saving and other characteristics. The fan blades are optimally designed by CAD, with four arc-shaped aluminum alloy die-cast aluminum blades.
The angle of the fan blades can be adjusted according to the user's needs to adjust the air volume. It is widely used in high-temperature and high-humidity places such as tobacco drying and wood drying kilns.
Fan motor
The motor is die-cast from high-strength aluminum alloy, with a beautiful appearance. The insulation grade is F/H, and the protection grade is IP56. It has high temperature resistance, moisture resistance, wide voltage design, high efficiency, and is fully automatically detected by computer to ensure a 100% product qualification rate.
Fan housing
The material is made of high-quality acid-resistant steel plate. The surface is treated with an advanced assembly-line electrostatic powder coating process, using outdoor powder, with soft, bright and long-lasting colors.
Motor housing
The material is die-cast from high-strength aluminum alloy, with a beautiful appearance and a protection grade of IP56. It is suitable for use in industrial and mining enterprises in harsh environments with high temperature and high humidity.
Adjustable aluminum alloy fan blades
The fan blades are optimally designed by CAD and die-cast from high-strength ZL104 aluminum alloy. The angle can be adjusted according to the user's needs to adjust the air volume and air pressure. The surface is treated with anti-corrosion treatment, with a beautiful appearance.
Motor lead wire
It has excellent high and low temperature resistance, excellent electrical insulation performance, chemical stability, high temperature resistance, aging resistance, long service life, and is soft and easy to install. It also has good acid and alkali resistance, can withstand humid and hot environments and various greases, and has the advantages of waterproof and pressure resistance.
Oil seal
It is made of fluororubber material by a special process, suitable for the adaptability of the working temperature range and the follow-up ability of the lip edge when the rotating shaft rotates at high speed, with strong sealing performance.
Bearing
It is made of high-quality bearing steel, with high toughness and comprehensive mechanical properties. After cryogenic treatment, the dropping point temperature of the bearing grease is ≥250°, so as to obtain stable movement in a high-precision and high-temperature environment.
Insulating materials
High-quality insulating paper, high-temperature-resistant insulating double sleeves, and Class C high-strength insulating paint are used.
Motor enameled wire
QZY-180 electromagnetic round copper wire is used, with a high-temperature resistance of ≥180℃.
Voltage range
±20% of the rated voltage.
Temperature range
The ambient temperature ranges from -40℃ to +90℃/+130℃, and the relative humidity is no more than 98%.
Insulation class
Class F (155℃), Class H (180℃)
