Application:
The machine adopts electronic loading and unloading test force, can automatically complete a working cycle, and is suitable for measuring the Brinell hardness value of large metal parts. Strong structure, good rigidity, accuracy, reliability and durability; portal frame, large movable platform, maximum moving distance of 1000mm; maximum test height of specimens up to 950mm; horizontal movement distance of main shaft 500mm; automatic test process, no human operation error ; High-precision reading microscope measurement system; especially suitable for determining the Brinell hardness of large metal parts. The main application scope of Brinell hardness tester is to measure the Brinell hardness of ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals and bearing alloy materials. Touch screen PLC electrical control performance is stable and easy to operate.
