Working Process
1. Raw Material Pre-processing
Crushing, screening, and mixing of organic materials to achieve proper consistency and nutrient balance.
2. Fermentation (Optional)
For bio-organic fertilizers, aerobic fermentation is conducted to stabilize organic matter and enrich microbial content.
3. Granulation
The core stage where materials are formed into granules using one of the following granulation devices:
Disc Granulator – Uses a rotating inclined disc to form uniform spherical granules.
Double Roller Extrusion Granulator – Compresses materials into granules through mechanical extrusion, suitable for dry granulation.
Drum Granulator – Agglomerates materials in a rotating drum, ideal for large-output production.
Dental Granulator (or Stirring Tooth Granulator) – Utilizes high-speed stirring and cutting to create granules, suitable for wet materials.
2-in-1 Granulator – Combines mixing and granulating functions in one unit, saving space and energy.
Flat Die Granulator – Extrudes materials through a flat die to produce cylindrical granules, often used for small to medium-scale production.
4. Drying & Cooling – Reduces moisture content and stabilizes granules.
5. Screening & Coating – Separates undersized and oversized particles, and applies coating agents to improve quality.
6. Packaging – Automated weighing and packaging for final products.
