We firmly believe that quality is the foundation of a company's survival,so we control the quality from the raw material to finished parts.Our common Incoming raw material inspection including Chemical composition, Microstructure and mechanical property.We can also check the diameter ,hardness, teeth by test equipment like ZEISS CMM, Projector Instrument，Profilometer, Teeth measuring center and etc.Besides 160 tone ,250 tone ,400 tone ,and 630 tone Forging Machine ,Xinhai also owns a 2500ton forging production line,welding robots,Laser cutting machines,more than 350 sets machining equipment and 60 More Advanced manufacturing equipment,including DOOSAN CNC vertical lathe,DOOSAN CNC inclined guide horizontal lathe ,Okuma Vertical Machining Center etc.
We not only can provide machining processes like turning, milling, grinding, gear shaping, gear hobbing ,gear turning, gear grinding and plane lapping, also normalizing, quenching and tempering, nitriding.
