Product Introduction
MLT-V100 Non-destructive Micro-Leakage Tester aka. Container Closure Integrity Tester (CCIT), employs non-destructive testing technology to meet the requirements of both vacuum decay and pressure decay testing methods. It is a highly versatile instrument, used for the professional testing of micro-leakage in a wide range of containers, including ampoules, vials, pre-filled syringes, bottles, non-porous pouches, blow fill seal strips medical devices.

● Built-in 10-inch touch-screen computer (External computer is optional)
● Single sample testing process can be completed within 15 seconds
● Micro-Leakage aperture (≥1μm) can be detected
● The test chamber and the main instrument are arranged separately, and the test chamber is suitable for more than 5 kinds of samples
● The test chamber is made of aluminum alloy or stainless steel, with pneumatic clamping system
● Built-in flow meter, easy to calibrate
● Three calibration methods for zero point, leakage aperture and flow
● Three judgment modes for test results: pressure decay, leakage aperture and leakage flow
● Leakage flow error ≤0.1ccm, Vacuum resolution ≤1pa/0.01mbar/0.0001psi, Multiple units are available kpa/mbar/pa/psi
● Suitable for various flexible and rigid samples including vials, infusion bags, packages for contact lenses, milk powder cans and electronic accessories, etc. with vacuum decay or pressure decay method
