NuoXuTech APG-500 Resistance (Pirani) Precision Transmitter
The APG500 resistance (Pirani) precision transmitter is designed for vacuum measurement of gases within a vacuum range of 3×10^-2 to 1.0×10^5 Pa.
It should not be used to measure flammable or explosive gases that can react in certain atmospheres.
The transmitter must be used with EVP’s control and display instrument or other compatible control and display instruments.
Measuring Principle: Based on the physical properties of thermal conductivity of resistance (Pirani).
Regulatory Interface: DN 16 ISO.
Measuring Range: Suitable for air, nitrogen, oxygen, and carbon monoxide within the range of 3×10^-2 to 1.0×10^5 Pa.
Accuracy: Varies based on the pressure range, with a maximum accuracy of ±30% of reading.
Repeatability: 5% of reading within certain pressure ranges.
Voltage Range: 0 to +9.5 VDC.
Output Voltage: +2.5 to +9.0 VDC.
Voltage Vacuum Ratio Logarithm: 1.0V per level.
Error Signal: 0 to +0.5VDC (filament broken).
Output Impedance: 2×5.1 Ω.
Response Time: 100ms.
Control Range: 1×10^-1 to 5.0×10^3 Pa.
Control Output: 1 open collector transistor output (DC30V/100mA).

The transmitter must only be connected to a power supply, instrument, or control instrument that meets the requirements of grounded ultra-low voltage.
Power connection must be equipped with a fuse.
Installation direction: Vertical installation.
Materials exposed to vacuum include tungsten, nickel, stainless steel, and nitrile rubber.
Allowable pressure: 0.3 MPa (absolute pressure), limited to inert gas.
Allowable temperature for vacuum measurement: +5 to +45°C; Vacuum connector: 80°C; Sensing wire: 120°C; Storage: -5 to +60°C.
