The Science of the Shield: Coating Specifications
Process: 7-Stage Pre-Treatment (Cleaning, Phosphating) + Electrostatic Powder Coating + High-Temperature Curing.
Coating Thickness: 60-80 microns (industry standard is often 40-60). Thicker for more protection.
Test Performance:
Salt Spray Test (ASTM B117): >500 hours without red rust. (Standard is often 240-300 hours).
Abrasion Resistance (Taber Test): Minimal wear after high cycles.
Impact Resistance: Passes direct impact tests without cracking or peeling.
Material Underneath: 1.2mm cold-rolled steel, pre-treated with anti-rust coating.
