Working Process

Feeding: Raw powder is uniformly fed into the granulator through a screw conveyor or vibratory feeder.

Compaction: Material enters between two counter-rotating rollers, where high mechanical pressure forms it into a solid sheet or flake.

Crushing and Sizing: The compacted flakes are crushed by a low-speed granulator and screened into uniform granules (2–6 mm).

Recycling: Undersized particles are automatically recycled to the feeding system, ensuring zero waste and high material utilization.
