2, CPE oil resistance in general, which is resistant to ASTM No. 1 oil, ASTM No. 2 oil performance is excellent, comparable with NBR; resistance to ASTM No. 3 oil performance is excellent, better than CR, comparable with CSM.
3, CPE contains chlori ne elements, has excellent flame retardant properties, and combustion anti-dripping properties. Its antimony flame retardant, chlorinated paraffin, Al (OH) 3, the appropriate proportion of the three can be obtained with excellent flame retardant properties, low-cost flame retardant materials.
4, CPE is non-toxic, does not contain heavy metals and PAHs, and is fully in line with environmental requirements.
5, CPE has a high filler performance, can be made to meet a variety of different performance requirements of the product, CPE processing performance is good, the Menni viscosity of 50-100 between a variety of grades to choose from.

Product Application:
Chlorinated polyethylene CPE is a new type of synthetic material with a series of excellent performance. It is an excellent impact modifier for PVC plastics, and also a synthetic rubber with good comprehensive performance, with a very wide range of applications, has been widely used in cables, wires, hoses, tape, rubber and plastic products, sealing materials, flame retardant transport belts, waterproofing rolls, films and all kinds of profiles, etc. CPE can also be blended with polypropylene, high and low-pressure polyethylene, ABS and so on, to improve the flame retardant properties of these plastics, aging resistance and printing performance of products, CPE can be regarded as a random copolymer of ethylene, polyethylene and 1,2-dichloroethylene, which has saturated molecular chain and random distribution of polar chlor ine atoms, and is widely used in machinery, electric power, chemical industry, building materials and mining industry because of its excellent physical and chemical properties.CPE is better than most rubbers in terms of heat resistance, ozone resistance, weathering and aging, and better than NBR, NBR, NBR and other rubber products. Nitrile rubber (NBR), chloroprene rubber (CR), aging resistance is better than chlorosulphonated polyethylene (CSM); acid, alkali, salt and other corrosive properties, non-toxic, flame retardant, no danger of explosion.
Mainly used in: wire and cable (coal mine cable, UL and VDE standards such as the provisions of the wire), hydraulic hose, automotive hose, tape, rubber sheet, PVC profile pipe modification, magnetic materials, ABS modification and so on.
