Electric pipeline heaters are heating equipment that convert electrical energy into thermal energy. The electric control system has a built-in overheat protection function. If the temperature sensor in the heater cavity feedbacks that the temperature in the heater cavity is too high or there is an air-burning condition, the power will be cut off immediately to prevent material deterioration, coking, carbonization, and heating caused by excessive temperature. The tube is burned out and damaged to ensure the normal operation of the electric heater.
