Product Description:
A foam pelletizer (a waste foam pelletizer), also known as a foam granulator, consists of a foam crusher, a foam extruder, a water tank, and a pellet cutter. It's also known as a foam pelletizing production line. This line utilizes a mechanical connection design, achieving complete automation and reducing labor costs by two-thirds.
Performance and Characteristics:
The foam pelletizing machine is an environmentally friendly mechanical equipment that specializes in recycling and processing various types of foam waste. It is mainly used to process waste foam materials such as EPS (polystyrene), EPE (polyethylene foam), EPP (polypropylene foam) into recycled plastic particles through crushing, melting, extrusion, pelletizing and other processes to achieve resource recycling.
1.The operation process is simple. First, the foam is crushed through a crusher, then melted by the foam main machine and plasticized by the auxiliary machine. The molten material is drawn out by the grinding head and cooled in the cooling water tank. Finally, it is cut into pellets by a pelletizer.
2. High Production Efficiency: 100-1000 kg/h processing capacity, screw extrusion and melting technology enable continuous production.
3. Multi-Application: Can process a variety of foam plastics, including EPS, XPS, EPE, and EPP, covering waste recycling in the packaging, building materials, and home appliance industries.
4. High-Quality Recycling: Produces high-purity plastic pellets measuring 3-5 mm for direct use in recycling industries such as injection molding and extrusion.
5. Adjustable pelletizing system and replaceable die head enable precise control of pellet size to accommodate different materials and downstream needs.
6. Intelligent Safety Protection: PLC automatic control with multiple protections (overload,over temperature, and power failure), and an exhaust gas treatment system ensure safe operation.

Applicable raw materials & Effects after use：
The foam pelletizer allows precise control of pellet size through pelletizing system adjustments, die replacement, and process parameter optimization, adapting to different materials and downstream needs.
1.Uniform morphology: cylindrical or elliptical pellets, 2-5mm (adjustable)2.Moderate density: EPS pellets 0.6-0.9g/cm³, EPE pellets 0.8-1.1g/cm³
3.Surface finish: After melt extrusion, pellets have a smooth, burr-free surface.
4.Excellent flowability: 10-15% higher injection molding performance than the original material.
5.Masterbatch addition capability: Customizable colors possible.
6.Foamable and recyclable: Maintains excellent secondary foaming properties.
7.The produced plastic pellets can be used to manufacture recycled plastic products such as packaging, building materials, daily necessities, automotive parts, and agricultural tools, enabling the recycling of waste foam.
