Product Introduction
1. Rod making machine, also known as wood powder forming machine, its products can be divided into wood chip rod making machine,rice husk rod making machine, sawdust rod making machine, etc. the equipment is the main molding equipment for the production of
charcoal.
2. It can applied to mostly biomass materials such as rice husk straw, coffee husk, wood sawdust,but there are two requirements for raw materials:1.Size: 0-5mm 2.Moisture Content: 8%-12%
3. The size of the material must be less than 5 mm and the moisture content must be controlled between 8-12%.(If the raw material does not fit the requirements, we can recommend the appropriate machine to make the raw material qualified).

The whole wood briquette production line including: (It can be customized according to the customers' capacity.)
1. Crusher (Wood Crusher) :Firstly, you shall crush the wood or other biomass material into sawdust (size: less than 5x3 mm)
2. Dryer (Sawdust Dryer) :Secondly, you shall dry the powdery material until the moisture content is 8%-12%.
3. Biomass sawdust briquettes making machine: Third, produce different shapes and size of sawdust briquettes by our wood briquette machine.
4. Carbonization furnace :The forth step, you shall carbonize the sawdust briquette into charcoal briquettes.
