Feature
1. The angle of granulation disk adopts the whole round arc structure, which can make sure the rate of granulation is up to 93% and even above it.
2. Granulation disk has three discharging holes which are convenient for intermittent production, thus can greatly reduce the labor intensity and improve working efficiency.
3. Driven by flexible belt, the retarder and electromotor start stable, which decrease the impulse force and lengthen the life-span of the equipment.
4. The bottom of granulating disk was strengthened by many radiation steel-plates, which is firm, durable and never distortion.
5. The thickened, weighted and firm base can run stably without the holding down bolts to fix.
6. The main gear of granulation is hardened by high frequency.
Working Principle
Powder raw materials will be fed from the top equipment to join, the degassing, spiral compression and transmission to the two roll arc wall, two roll speed, reverse rotation, the material bite into the slot and forced compression, material by compressing area after the pressure gradually decreases, and its natural prolapse, surface tension and gravity into the broken machine. After entering the vibrating screen for screening, qualified products are sent to the finished product warehouse or directly packed through the conveyor, and materials under the powder screen are sent back to the raw material warehouse for secondary roller pressing through the return device. The size of extrusion pressure can be adjusted by the hydraulic system according to the need of particle strength. By changing the groove form of the roll surface, materials such as sheet, strip, olive and flat ball can be obtained.
