Product Overview
The functions of the lifting lighting lamp: lying down, standing up, lifting, lowering, rotating up, down, left and right, and the function of the lighting switch. The equipment rises from the initial lying position to 90 degrees. The lifting mast is raised to a height of 2.5 meters by the electric air pump, and then rotated horizontally 360 degrees through the pan-tilt. Rotate vertically 360 degrees to complete the search, positioning and lighting.
The components of the lifting lighting lamp include an aluminum alloy lifting lamp post, a high-power LED lighting fixture, a 360-degree rotating pan-tilt, a telescopic spring cable, an integrated electrical box and an inverted lifting base. It is processed and integrated into a complete set of vehicle-mounted lifting lighting device.
Application scope: SUV off-road vehicles, emergency rescue and repair vehicles, power grid vehicles, emergency survey vehicles, highway administration, communication command vehicles, fire lighting vehicles, power supply vehicles, and various other special vehicle lighting.
Detailed introduction: Aluminum alloy telescopic lamp post: Available in multi-section combination and single-section products; Among them, the 2.5-meter-high vehicle-mounted mobile lighting equipment lamp post uses a four-section telescopic telescopic lamp post that extends to a height of 2.5 meters.
LED high-power lighting fixtures: Controlled by IC chips, with semiconductor chips emitting light, no filament, no glass bulb, not afraid of vibration, and not easy to break. The service life of the LED light source is 100,000 hours. It adopts high-power 10W module LED beads, with a luminous efficacy of 100 lumens per watt and a light display of over 80R. The lighting distance is 50 to 200 meters. The floodlight can be combined with multiple lamps. The lights can be turned on instantly without waiting.
360-degree rotating pan-tilt: It is a rotating mechanism installed on the top of the lifting lamp post, providing a 360-degree transmission mechanism for adjusting the lighting Angle in both vertical and horizontal directions for vehicle-mounted lifting lighting fixtures. The lighting lamp is connected through the motor bearing and drives the lighting lamp to adjust the lighting Angle up, down, left and right. A camera installation bracket is added in the middle of the lamp components, and the video cable and control line of the camera are reserved to meet the camera function.
Telescopic spring cable: It is a spiral control cable in spring state, which can be equipped with various types of cables such as signal lines, high-definition video lines, and network cables. The cable is placed on the pan-tilt and fixed by extending and retracting with the lifting lamp post as the center.
Integrated electrical box: The control circuit board for the built-in mobile lifting lighting lamp, compressor, high-power motor, remote control, line controller and other required accessories are installed on the inverted lifting base.
Inverted lifting base: Made of extruded aluminum profiles, with anodized surface, it is not easy to discolor when used outdoors. The base is installed on the top of the vehicle.
Wireless remote control: It can adjust the lighting Angle of the lifting lighting lamp within 50 meters (up, down, left, right), (raise and retract the lifting lamp post), and reset the pan-tilt, lighting lamp, and lamp post.
Handheld line controller: It is connected to the electrical box with an external aviation plug. The actual usage length can be extended according to customer requirements, and the functions are the same as those of the remote control.
The reset position of the lifting lighting lamp can be selected from two reset states: forward or downward of the lamp mirror after the equipment is toppled (set before leaving the factory).
The input voltage of the equipment is DC12v or 24V and can be powered by the car generator battery. The working voltage of the lighting is 220V and can be powered by the on-board AC generator.
The mobile lighting equipment can be set with one-click deployment and one-click reset functions. Easy to operate and safe to use (set before leaving the factory).
The lifting lighting lamp has the function of turning on the lighting lamp when lying down. When operating at night, the lighting lamp can be activated first for on-site illumination, making the operation scene brighter. This is conducive to the on-site operation of emergency lighting and the rapid deployment of emergency lighting functions.
