Steel platform shelves (also known as mezzanine shelves or steel structure platforms) are multi-layer storage systems that utilize the vertical space of warehouses. They are usually built with steel structures and are suitable for scenarios where small and medium-sized goods are stored, picked, or where office and warehousing are combined.
1.Maximize space utilization
By building platforms of 2 to 3 floors or even more, the warehouse height (usually 3 to 8 meters) can be effectively utilized, increasing the storage area by 1 to 3 times.
2. Strong flexibility and customizable design
Different floor heights, load-bearing capacities and passage widths can be designed according to the warehouse layout and the type of goods.
3. Multi-functional uses
Combined storage and office space: The upper layer can be used for storage, while the lower layer can serve as a sorting area, packaging area or office area.
4. Strong load-bearing capacity
It is laid with steel structure and steel plates/wood boards. The load-bearing capacity of each floor is usually 300 to 1000kg/m², and for heavy-duty platforms, it can reach over 2000kg/m².
5. Easy to install and detachable for adjustment
Modular design enables quick installation, disassembly or layout adjustment to adapt to business changes.
6. Improve work efficiency
It can be matched with stairs, elevators, conveyor belts and other equipment to optimize the flow of people and reduce the handling time.
