Core Construction & Materials
Exterior & Structural Integrity: The cabinet’s outer shell is crafted from 1.2–2.0mm cold-rolled steel, a material chosen for its strength and resistance to corrosion. The steel undergoes high-temperature molding, a process that reinforces its structural stability and provides long-term protection against environmental wear.
Double-Walled Fire-Resistant Design: A defining feature is its double-layered fireproof steel plate construction, with a 38mm air gap between the inner and outer walls. This air gap acts as a thermal barrier, slowing heat transfer in the event of a fire and extending the time available for emergency response.
Internal Corrosion Resistance: The interior is lined with galvanized steel plates, which are height-adjustable to accommodate various container sizes. This adjustability ensures optimal space utilization while maintaining protection against chemical corrosion.
