Features This device is built with homogeneous silicon and uses trench–trench-gate technology. Its collector–emitter saturation voltage (Vce(sat)) has a positive temperature coefficient. It offers high short-circuit capability and is UL-recognized under file number E63532. Typical Applications It is typically used in AC inverter drives, uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), and electronic welding systems. Remarks The maximum allowable case temperature is limited to 125 °C. This product is not recommended for new designs. |
