Construction steps
1. Base treatment: Ensure the wall surface is flat, solid and free of hollowing. After cleaning, apply the matching anti-alkali primer to enhance the adhesion of the coating.
2. Line marking and division: Mark lines as per design requirements, stick masking tape on them for division, and simulate the jointing effect of natural stone.
3. Spraying waterborne sand: Use a dedicated spray gun, adjust the air pressure and nozzle, and evenly spray the waterborne sand coating 2-3 times to ensure uniform texture and complete coverage.
4. Remove the masking tape: When the coating is surface dry (not completely dry), carefully remove the masking tape to form clear grid lines.
5. Apply the topcoat: After the coating is completely dry (48 hours later), apply the matching topcoat to enhance the stain resistance and weather resistance, making the surface more lustrous and protective.
Product Overview
Blue Kingfisher Liquid Granite Stone-Like Paint is a new-type stone-like wall material. It uses water-based acrylic resin as the base material and integrates raw materials such as colored composite rock flakes and natural colored sand. It has realistic stone texture, weather resistance, crack resistance, and excellent stain resistance. It is suitable for scenarios such as villa exterior walls, facades of high-end residences, and building walls in scenic spots. It combines the aesthetics of natural stone with the environmental protection of water-based coatings to help create a high-end building appearance.
Technical parameters
The product form is water-based paint, containing natural colored stone particles.Specifications: 20kg per barrel. Under conditions of 25℃ temperature and 50% humidity, the product achieves surface drying in ≤4 hours and solidification in ≤24 hours. It demonstrates scrub resistance ≥3000 washes, withstanding 24-hour alkali immersion and 96-hour water immersion without abnormalities. Solid content ≥70%, VOC content ≤80g/L, and free formaldehyde ≤0.08g/kg. Application temperature 5℃-35℃, shelf life 12 months, requires cool and dry storage.
