Product Description

The polyurethane edge-sealed rock wool sandwich panel uses rock wool as its core material, with outer layers made of composite color steel plates or composite color aluminum plates. These are formed into prefabricated composite panels through a hot pressing process.

The panel features two layers of high-quality color-coated steel plates or other precision-formed metal sheets as its facings. After roll forming, the stripped rock wool is rotated 90 degrees (aligning the fibers perpendicularly to the upper and lower steel plates). A high-strength, high-adhesion, and highly fire-resistant adhesive is then used to securely bond the premium rock wool to the metal facings, creating an aesthetically flat, durable, and robust building panel. The finished panel exhibits outstanding fire resistance, thermal insulation, and environmental protection properties.
