1. Core Technology & Design

  • UVTunnelTM Fluid Mixing Technology: The equipment adopts the "UVTunnelTM" tunnel-type fluid mixing concept, featuring ultra-thin water layer thickness and long contact time. It integrates an advanced computer fluid CFD model, which comprehensively considers the impact of lamp operating time, sleeve aging factor, and fouling factor on UV light intensity. Equipped with a real-time UV intensity online monitor, it can feedback the UV working status in real time and more accurately control and predict the end of lamp life.

  • Efficient Photoelectric System: It is equipped with original imported lamps from Europe and high-efficiency UV Magic® ballasts that meet the dual certifications of US UL and EU CE. The ballast greatly improves photoelectric efficiency while enhancing system stability, and frequent start-stop operations do not affect the lamp life. The equipment also enables real-time display of theoretical or actual irradiation dose.

2. Structural & Sanitary Features

  • Sanitary Chamber Design: The chamber adopts a sanitary design, complying with the requirements of ASME BPE 2D for biopharmaceuticals. It is made of 316L stainless steel, ensuring excellent corrosion resistance and hygiene. For biopharmaceutical scenarios, sanitary-grade emptying points are available as an option. The inner wall polishing of the chamber is less than 0.8μm, and 0.6μm polishing is optional to meet higher sanitary standards.

  • Quartz Sleeve & Lamp Configuration: The quartz sleeve used is of high-purity quartz material, which effectively transmits UV light. The lamp type is mercury amalgam lamp, with a service life of 12,000 hours. An optional dry absolute intensity sensor is provided to further monitor the UV intensity status.

3. Operational Performance & Parameters

  • Temperature & Pressure Adaptability: The equipment has a working water temperature of 40℃, with a working temperature range of 1-40℃ and a maximum temperature resistance of 95℃ (when the lamp is turned off). It has a design pressure of 10Bar and a test pressure of 15Bar, ensuring stable operation under different industrial conditions.

  • Power Supply & Environmental Adaptability: The power supply voltage is 220V±10% with a frequency of 50/60Hz. The operating temperature of the equipment is 5-40℃, and the relative humidity is less than 95%. The cavity wiring is 3m as standard, and 5m wiring is optional. The protection grade reaches IP54, suitable for various industrial environments.

4. Intelligent Control & Monitoring

  • Control Interface & Functions: The equipment is equipped with an intelligent man-machine operation interface, including a 5-inch touchscreen. The operation languages supported are Chinese or English, and the display parameters cover UV irradiation dose (mJ/cm²), lamp operating time, lamp working status, and remaining lamp maintenance time. It supports both local and remote control, with remote control and operation guidelines available.

  • Alarm & Maintenance Management: The system is equipped with multiple alarm functions, such as low UV dose alarm, lamp failure alarm, and chamber over-temperature alarm. It also provides system maintenance early warning (with adjustable lamp usable time early warning), built-in maintenance tutorials, and query functions for historical maintenance records and historical alarm records. The maintenance cycle reference is 26,834 hours, facilitating timely equipment maintenance.

  • Model Range & Key Parameters: The equipment offers a variety of models, from FD7 to FD360, with flow rates (for reference under specific working conditions) ranging from 4 m³/h to 350 m³/h. The inlet/outlet sizes vary by model, from 1 inch to 8 inches, and the interface type is clamp connection (flange connection is optional for some models like FD220 and FD360). The number of lamps ranges from 1 to 6, and the power ranges from 90W to 2100W.
