Fermenters description
The conical fermentation tanks have a dished top with cylindrical body. The 60 degree conical bottom is ideal for fermenting and improving the quality of beer as well as breeding yeast. All the tanks are food grade stainless steel 304 with a 3mm thickness for 100l-5000l, but larger tank is 4mm thickness. The cooling system is a dimple jacket with insulated polyuranthane filling.
It is 100% stainless steel. All tanks comes with 25% head space on top of working volume. All cone come with racking arm. It allows you to start your siphon with the racking arm horizontal, and rotate it slowly downward until you just start picking up yeast sediment.

1. Polishing:
Polishing is vital for tanks. Tanks should be polished wholly inside and outside.
Therefore it can ensure there is no place for the bacteria to hide in tanks.
Our polishing system consists of auto and semi-auto polishing machine and manual polishing.
Each tank is polished three times and more polish for the key place.
