The core component of a slanting solid-liquid separator is a slanted screen, usually composed of a wire mesh or polyester mesh. When working, the device uses gravity and vibration power to separate the liquid from the solid particles on the screen. The specific process is: liquid containing solid particles is entered into the equipment, when the liquid flows through the slanted screen, the solid particles are blocked in the screen due to the filtering effect of the screen, and the liquid successfully passes through the screen to the sub-screen pump, thereby achieving solid-liquid separation. The function of the screen tray is to support the screen, making it easier for the screen to self-clean, while the spiral winch removes the dirt from the screen and cleans the dirtiness through the automatic reverse cleaning system.
Compared with other separation equipment, the shallow-screening solid-liquid separation machine has many advantages. First, its structural design is simple, and the operation process mainly relies on the mechanical action of gravity and the screen, which can effectively reduce energy consumption. Compared to other machines that rely on screw extrusion or high speed centrifugation, the skew separator is less energy-intensive and more cost-effective to operate, and is particularly suited to situations requiring continuous processing of large quantities of material, such as farms and farms.
Secondly, the shallow-screening solid-liquid separator has a strong handling capacity and is especially suitable for handling materials containing more fibres. Due to its slanted screen design, it can allow solid materials to slide naturally on the screen, and the separation process is smooth and not easily blocked. Compared with the situation where spiral extruders are prone to clogging when handling high-fiber materials, slant filtering equipment performs more stable and efficient in this regard. Especially when dealing with fibre-rich mixtures such as livestock manure, marsh residues, and agricultural residues such as dung, its separation effect is significant, reducing the need for manual intervention.
In addition, the maintenance cost of the siloed separator is lower. The structure of its core components screen is simple, and it is very convenient to disassemble and clean, which can perform the necessary maintenance and maintenance in a short time, reducing equipment downtime. Compared with equipment that requires regular replacement of seals or other complex parts, the maintenance requirements of the sieve separator are lower, extending the service life of the equipment. At the same time, the equipment is relatively simple to operate, usually without complex technical training, and is suitable for situations with low labour levels.
