The F650 BFBF2G0HIE is a relay protection device from GE for the protection of electrical equipment and lines in power systems.
Functional features:
Provides a variety of system-level diagnostic functions, including reference voltage detection, input overvoltage/undervoltage detection, SPI communication CRC, etc., these functions achieve a high level of coverage of possible faults in the input channel.
The four-channel micropower isolator ADuM1441 is used for data channel isolation, which has high energy efficiency.
Using the ADuM5010 as a complete isolation development converter, isoPower technology provides power isolation for the circuit.
Packaging and size:
The ADuM1441 is available in a small, 16-pin QSOP package (30 mm²) of 5 mm x 6.2 mm.
The ADuM5010 is available in a small, 20-pin SSOP package (56.25 mm²) of 7.4 mm x 7.5 mm.
Power supply design:
The secondary side of the power supply uses ferrite beads to suppress potential electromagnetic interference (EMI) radiation.
Ferrite beads (Murata BLM18HK102SN1) are particularly targeted for high impedance options from 100 MHz to 1 GHz.
Decoupling capacitors of 10 μF and 0.1 μF are also used.
