MFR 300-51020179 is a pressure regulator that can perform the task of regulating pressure and filtering impurities at the same time. This device protects downstream equipment by filtering and regulating fluids, improving system stability and reliability. It has the following features:
Pressure source control: with pressure regulation and filtration function, can filter about 5μm of impurities, body connection diameter up to 1".
Diverse parts selection: manual drainage, differential pressure drainage or automatic drainage can be selected.
Flexible pressure gauge selection: Users can choose from square, round pressure gauges or pressure sensors.
The main functions include regulating pressure and filtering impurities. It controls the output pressure of the fluid by adjusting the valve to ensure stable operation of the fluid within a preset range, while the internal filter element can effectively filter particles, pollutants and other impurities in the fluid.
The working principle is based on fluid dynamics and filtration technology to ensure that the fluid can be exported to the downstream equipment at a stable pressure after filtration. In the field of circuits, it automatically adjusts the output voltage of the circuit through the principle of negative feedback to keep it at a specific level.
MFR 300-51020179 Pressure regulator filters are suitable for industrial environments where stable fluid pressure and clean fluids are required, such as automated production lines, power system monitoring and energy management scenarios.
