Description
The bimetallic self-lubricating skateboard containing solid lubricant (known as DEVA-BM in foreign countries) is a bimetallic sliding bearing with steel plate as the base, sintered high-quality bronze powder as the surface friction layer and uniform distribution of solid lubricant in the bronze powder. The principle is: due to the existence of the intermediate layer of spherical copper powder, the bonding area of the friction surface layer and the substrate increases, and the solid lubricant is distributed evenly on the friction surface layer. When worn, the solid lubricant is continuously released from the surface copper layer. Therefore, the self-lubricating bearing of the friction-reducing layer has high load-bearing capacity, good oil-free self-lubrication and maintenance-free, good wear resistance and good anti-seizure performance, and its self-lubricating performance and anti-wear performance are outstanding. It has excellent static load characteristics, wear resistance under oil-free lubrication conditions and service temperature.
