Polyethylene (PE) is one of the five major synthetic resins, and is the variety with the largest production capacity and the largest import volume in China's synthetic resins. Polyethylene is mainly divided into linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE), low density polyethylene (LDPE), high density polyethylene (HDPE) three categories. 1. Crystallizing material, small moisture absorption, do not need to be fully dry, good flow, flow sensitive to pressure, molding time with high pressure injection, uniform material temperature, fast filling speed, full pressure. It is not suitable to use direct gate to prevent uneven shrinkage and increase internal stress. Pay attention to the choice of gate location to prevent shrinkage and deformation.
2. Large shrinkage range and shrinkage value, obvious directivity, easy deformation and warping. The cooling speed should be slow, and the mold should be equipped with a cold hole and a cooling system.
3. The heating time should not be too long, otherwise it will decompose and burn.
4. When the soft plastic parts have shallow side grooves, the mold can be forcibly removed.
5. Melt rupture may occur, should not be in contact with organic solvents, to prevent cracking.
High pressure low density polyethylene (LDPE), high density polyethylene (HDPE) and linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE). Film is its main processing products, followed by sheet and coating, bottles, cans, barrels and other hollow containers and other injection molding and blow molding products, pipes and wire, cable insulation and sheath. It is mainly used in packaging, agriculture and transportation.
Commercially available high density polyethylene (HDPE), density 0.945~0.96 g/cm ³, melting point 125~137℃;
Linear low density PE(LLDPE), density 0.925 g/cm ³, melting point 120~125℃;
High pressure low density PE(HP-LDPE), density 0.918 g/cm ³, melting point 105~115℃.

High pressure low density polyethylene (LDPE), high density polyethylene (HDPE) and linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE). Application: Plastic wrap, vest type plastic bags, plastic food bags, baby bottles, buckets, kettles and other films are the main processing products, followed by sheet and coating, bottles, cans, barrels and other hollow containers and other injection molding and blow molding products, pipes and wire, cable insulation and sheath. It is mainly used in packaging, agriculture and transportation. Main use
LDPE is a thin film product, suitable for making film, heavy packaging film, cable insulation material, blow molding and foam products.
