POM (polyformaldehyde resin) advantages: 1, with high mechanical strength and rigidity; 2, fatigue strength; 3, environmental resistance, resistance to organic solvents; 4, strong resistance to repeated impact; 5, the use of temperature range (-40℃~120℃); 6, good electrical properties; 7. Good resilience; 8, with their own lubricity, good sex; 9. Excellent dimensional stability. Uses: Electronic appliances: washing machine, juice machine timer and other components; Automobile: handlebars, power Windows and other parts; Mechanical parts, gears, handles, screws, toys, etc.; Categories: Glass/carbon fiber reinforced POM, fire resistant POM, UV resistant POM, Teflon POM, anti-static/conductive.
POM has good comprehensive properties, outstanding fatigue resistance and creep resistance, good electrical properties and so on.
1 Mechanical Properties
Since POM is a highly crystalline polymer, it has a high elastic modulus, high hardness and stiffness. It can be used for a long time at -40~100℃. Moreover, it is resistant to multiple shocks and has little change in strength. The strength is little affected by temperature and temperature change.
