Definitions and Processes
PPH twanging tanks are made of reinforced reinforced polypropylene (PPH) as raw material, through a layered seamless twang process, and the bottom and top of the barrel are wrought with dedicated automated equipment to ensure mechanical strength and reliability.
Structural features
- Welding-free structure: The use of spiral entanglement and superposition technology for one-time forming avoids the problem of corrosion vulnerability of weld defects at welded joints, and improves the overall corrosion resistance and sealability of the tank.
- Thickness can be gradually changed: the tank can be achieved as upper and lower thickness, so that the raw material can be concentrated in areas with high pressure, which ensures strength and saves cost.
- Various forms: Standing tanks come in a variety of structural forms such as flat covers and flat cones, and large tanks can also be fitted with safety fences and ladders.
Material characteristics
PPH is a polypropylene with high molecular weight and low melting finger. The molecular structure is stable, the side matrix is small and the arrangement is well arranged. It has strong resistance to various acid, alkali and salt solutions, and has good aging resistance.
