Technical Requirements for Production Materials and Structure
1. Cabinet Body Materials
Entire cabinet body constructed from standard 16mm or 18mm thick eco-friendly E1-grade melamine-faced particleboard. Manufactured using high-pressure steam hot-melt bonding technology to prevent wrinkling or peeling. All edges feature PVC hot-melt adhesive waterproof sealing to ensure smooth, non-sharp edges. Colors: Sapphire Blue/Lake Blue/Gray-White/Cream/Warm White, etc.
• Main Frame (Steel Structure)
Constructed from 38x58x1.2–1.8mm steel tubing (default 1.2mm thickness), with 20x40x1.2mm tubing for lower support. This forms the primary load-bearing structure, capable of withstanding 300kg/m² when the worktop is attached. Surface treated with electrostatic epoxy resin powder coating, cured at high temperature for corrosion resistance and acid/alkali protection.
Worktop: 12.7mm thick solid-core chemical-resistant board, resistant to strong acids, alkalis, corrosion, and high temperatures. Withstands 105 types of corrosive reagents including acids, alkalis, and strong oxidants. Double-edged reinforcement along perimeter thickens to 25.4mm, with polished edges for superior appearance and tactile feel. Multiple colors available, standard is black. (Foya, Weishengya, or other brands).
Cabinet Hardware & Accessories
* Hinges: DTC brand or other specified brands, 110° or 175° standard hinges (or damping hinges), supporting 100-200kg, with a lifespan exceeding 100,000 cycles;
* Handles: Aluminum alloy U-shaped or straight handles (available in different colors), 304 stainless steel handles, durable, corrosion-resistant, and easy to clean;
* Adjustable Feet: 12mm large nylon adjustable feet, featuring anti-slip, shock absorption, corrosion resistance, and strong load-bearing capacity, ideal for laboratory environments.
* Sliding Rails: (DTC brand or specified brand) Utilizes three-section load-bearing ball-bearing silent sliding rails.
2. Cabinet Structure
* Cabinet Dimensions (Side Bench): Standard widths: 1000/900/800/500/450/400mm (±1.05%), depth: 750mm (±1.05%), height (with casters): 800mm/850mm (±1.05%); (Central Unit) Standard depth: 1500mm.
* Cabinet features a modular design with two-in-one connectors for panel assembly, enabling easy disassembly, maintenance, and structural stability with excellent load-bearing capacity. The modular configuration allows customization of size and style to meet diverse client requirements.
