Car interior and exterior decorations: dashboard, trim pillars, instrument front cover, grille, interior and exterior decorations 2. Business equipment casing and built-in components: laptop/desktop computer, copier, printer, plotter, monitor 3. Telecommunications, mobile phone shells, accessories, and smart cards (SIM cards): 4. Electrical products, electronic product casings, meter covers and casings, household switches, plugs and sockets, cables and conduits 5. Household appliances, such as washing machines, hair dryers, and internal and external components of microwave ovens Process conditions for PC/ABS injection molding: Drying treatment: Drying treatment before processing is necessary. The humidity should be less than 0.04%, and it is recommended to dry at 90-110C for 2-4 hours. Melting temperature: 230~300C. Mold temperature: 50-100C. Injection pressure: depends on the plastic part. Injection speed: As high as possible. Chemical and physical properties: PC/ABS has the comprehensive characteristics of both PC and ABS. For example, the easy processing characteristics of ABS and the excellent mechanical properties and thermal stability of PC. The ratio of the two will affect the thermal stability of PC/ABS materials. The PC/ABS hybrid material also exhibits excellent flow characteristics. Shrinkage rate is around 0.5% | ||||||||
