Key Product Features
- High Strength & Low Elongation: After stretching and heat setting, PP (polypropylene) raw filaments form fibers with high strength and low elongation. This ensures the load-bearing capacity of ton bags, whose usual load ranges from 0.5 to 3 tons.
- Chemical Resistance: It has good tolerance to chemicals such as acids, alkalis and salts, making it suitable for packaging chemical raw materials.
- Anti-aging Property: By adding anti-ultraviolet agents, aging caused by sun exposure can be delayed, and the service life of the product can be extended.
Production Process
Using polypropylene as the main raw material, we first mix it evenly with a small amount of stabilizers. The mixture is then melted and extruded into plastic films by an extruder, which are further cut into filaments. These filaments are stretched and then heat-set to produce high-strength, low-elongation PP raw filaments. Subsequently, the raw filaments are woven and coated with a film to make the base fabric of plastic woven cloth. Finally, the base fabric is sewn together with accessories like slings to produce ton bags.
