The TL series hydro extractors produced by Taizhou Haifeng Laundry Machinery are made of high-quality stainless steel, featuring excellent performance, smooth operation, high dewatering efficiency, and wide application.
Among them, the TL-1500 large-capacity hydro extractor is manufactured with advanced West German technology and in compliance with international standards. It is characterized by large capacity, low energy consumption, as well as a complete anti-vibration, timing, automatic, and safety control system.
Available in different sizes according to drum diameter: φ400, φ500, φ600, φ800, φ1000, φ1200, φ1500, φ1800, with a capacity range of 8kg to 500kg.
Main Features of Hydro Extractor:Adopts a horizontal drum design, with both inner and outer drums made of high-quality stainless steel plates. The surface is smooth and bright, resistant to corrosion, causing little wear and no damage to fabrics, while ensuring long machine service life.
The inner drum door is equipped with a stainless steel safety locking mechanism, while the outer drum door features an electrical interlock device, ensuring safe and reliable operation.
Driven by V-belt transmission, the machine operates with low vibration, stable running, and long durability.
The TL series hydro extractors are widely used in hotels, hospitals, laundries, garment factories, textile mills, and other industries for efficient water extraction of bed sheets, linens, uniforms, towels, and various fabrics.
