The INTECONT VEG20610 Continuous Weighing Display Controller, developed using Germany's Schunk's latest core technology (vdb), is a new type of automated control instrument tailored for China's conditions. The LCXK-type instrument serves as a measurement and control system for feeding equipment. This instrument applies to the following control systems: 1. Metering Feeder: Controls feeding flow by regulating the belt speed of the feeder. 2. Belt Scale with Pre-Feeder: Adjusts belt load through pre-feeder control to regulate feeding flow. 3. The INTECONT series continuous weighing display controller offers multilingual human-machine interface capabilities, supporting communication with host computers or PLCs. It includes Xuzhou Weitake printing interfaces and enables keyboard settings, host computer programming, external start/stop functions, fault alarms, and data power-off protection. The software features comprehensive functionalities including automatic belt cleaning, self-calibration, and self-detection systems with strong anti-interference capabilities.
