Mud and stone separator
Mud and stone separation equipment is also called multi-stage linkage roller screen. It can control the size and specifications of screening materials by adjusting the gap between the discs to meet the separation and screening of different types of materials. It is suitable for debris separation, soil and stone separation, sand and stone separation, construction garbage separation, etc., it can effectively reduce the load of subsequent sorting equipment.
Working Principle
It is mainly composed of a box, a lining plate, a disc, a transmission shaft, a speed regulating motor, a motor base, a chain

The sprocket drives the roller to turn over through the chain, and the material is driven forward by the roller. The soil leaks out from the gap between the adjacent rollers and the disk, and falls onto the belt conveyor at the bottom of the machine to be discharged. The bulk material above the roller moves to the end of the equipment and is discharged, completing the debris separation. The clearance between each shaft can be customized according to actual needs.
