The AZS-33D product is developed based on the manufacturing process of AZS-33. By reducing the content of the glass phase in the product and enhancing its quality, while lowering the content of sodium and silicon, it features a low amount of glass phase exudation and high creep resistance. The product is suitable for the upper structure of the melting pool and the large arch in high-end kilns.
The AZS-36D product is developed based on the manufacturing process of AZS-36. By reducing the content of the glass phase in the product and enhancing the quality of the glass phase, while lowering the content of sodium and silicon, it exhibits outstanding resistance to erosion and stone formation. The product is widely used in areas of glass melting furnaces where it comes into direct contact with molten glass, such as the pool walls, bottom, and charging ports of the melting chamber.
