Two-Piece Easy-Maintain Design
The pump body adopts a two-piece structure with upper and lower housings, eliminating the need to disassemble the entire hydraulic system during assembly and disassembly. Internal parts can be quickly replaced, significantly reducing maintenance time and downtime losses.
Cartridge-Type Control Allows For Field Replacement
The control valve core adopts a standardized cartridge structure, allowing for direct replacement on-site with valve cores for different control methods (such as pressure compensation, load sensitivity, power limiting, etc.) without requiring factory modification, flexibly adapting to changing operating conditions.
Replaceable Bronze Composite Distribution Plate
The distribution plate surface is made of bronze composite material, possessing excellent self-lubricating and wear-resistant properties. It can be replaced individually rather than being scrapped entirely, extending pump life and reducing maintenance costs.
Quick Priming With Vent Valve
An integrated manual or automatic vent valve allows for rapid venting of air from the pump body during system startup, achieving rapid self-priming and priming, shortening equipment preparation time and preventing dry friction damage.
Hydrodynamic Cylinder Bearing
The cylinder body is supported by hydrodynamic bearings, achieving non-contact support through oil film pressure, reducing friction and wear, and improving mechanical efficiency and service life.
Multi-Media Adaptability
It can use various hydraulic media such as mineral oil and water-glycol, and operates normally at rated pressure, expanding its application range, especially suitable for applications with fire protection requirements.
