Air Textured yarn ATY 500D full dull polyester filament yarn dope dyed for curtain fabric
Polyester air-textured yarn is manufactured by processing continuous polyester filament yarns through high-pressure air jets, creating a voluminous, soft, and staple-fiber-like texture while retaining the inherent strength of polyester.
Technical Parameters:
Material: 100% PET (polyethylene terephthalate) or recycled polyester (RPET).
Denier Range: 150D–3000D (customizable).
Filament Configuration: Multifilament (e.g., 72f, 144f).
Finish: Lubricated, antistatic, or hydrophilic treatments (upon request)
