1. The rotary lifting ring is made of forged alloy material and is heat treated for high temperature tempering, which can rotate horizontally 60 degrees and flip up and down 180 degrees. It is forbidden to rotate at high speed during lifting.
2. When in use, the lifting ring will adjust with the lifting direction, and the lifting ring can be manually adjusted to the stretching direction. Compared with traditional DIN580 and GB/T825-8 lifting ring screws, the lifting direction of the lifting ring has been changed.
3. The rotary lifting ring can be customized with M8-M120 metric threads and English/American standard threads can also be provided. Single and double step threads, trapezoidal threads can be customized.
4. VIPE rotary lifting rings are suitable equipment, molds, etc. without external lifting ears and bolts with built-in thread holes for lifting.
5. Material: alloy steel, stainless steel and special materials can customized, surface bluing, solid plastic, electroplating, Dacromet can be customized.
