Q2. What’s the condition of your product?
A: Generally we can provide 4 conditions: new original, new generic.original used and original ref.
Q3.Does your product have a warranty?
A: Yes. Every product have a warranty, normally it is 3 months.
Q4. Do you have your own factory?
A: Yes. We have our factory, located in Zhuhai. We do the refurbishment by ourselves and We can build the molds and fixtures.
Q5. What’s the lead time of your product?
A: Normally it is 1-5 days after payment. The lead time is related to the quantity you ordered.
After receiving the detailed information(2D/3D drawings or samples), we will quote you within 2 days.
Q7. What is your quotation element?
Drawings or Sample, Material, Finish, and Quantity.
Q8. What is your payment term?
Mold: 50% prepaid, balance after sample approval.
Goods: 50% prepaid, balance T/T before shipment.
Q9.What shall we do if we don't have drawings?
Our Design Engineers can make product structure design for you :
1) If send us pictures or drafts with detailed dimensions, and product function demand, 3D/2D drawing will be made for you.
2) If you send the sample to our factory, then we can copy and provide you better solutions.
Q10. Can we get some samples before mass production?
Absolutely yes, but may need to pay sample fee.
Q11. Will my drawings be safe after sending them to you?
Yes, we will keep them well and won't release them to the third party without your permission. We can sign NDA for you.
