Surface Preparation: Ensure the surface to be sealed is clean, dry, and free from oil, dust, and other contaminants. Use a suitable cleaning agent if necessary.
Masking: Apply masking tape along the edges of the area to be sealed to ensure a neat and clean seal line.
Extrusion: Cut the nozzle of the sealant cartridge at a 45-degree angle according to the required sealing width, and install it on a caulking gun. Extrude the sealant evenly into the gap to be sealed.
Tooling: Use a tool (such as a spatula) to smooth the surface of the sealant within 10-15 minutes after extrusion to ensure good adhesion and a beautiful appearance.
Curing: Allow the sealant to cure at room temperature. The curing time depends on environmental conditions, usually taking 24-72 hours to fully cure. Avoid contact with water or other substances during the curing period.
Packaging: Available in various specifications such as 310ml cartridges and 20L buckets to meet different usage requirements.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated place, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. The shelf life is generally 12 months when stored under proper conditions.
