Yuchai gas genset can operate on various fuel gases including natural gas, coal mine gas, biogas, industrial tail gas, associated petroleum gas, and biomass gas.
Based on a mature product platform, Yuchai has independently developed and manufactured high-temperature wear-resistant materials and high-strength components suitable for the gas genset. This has greatly improved the reliability and durability of the genset. The maximum overhaul period of the genset can be up to 64,000 hours.
Yuchai gas engines incorporate mature technologies such as lean combustion, high-energy capacitor ignition module, Yuchai's patented combustion chamber, high-efficiency turbocharger, and oxygen sensor closed-loop control, ensuring efficient gas combustion and clean emissions.
The gas genset is equipped with parts featuring good universality and convenient maintenance, greatly reducing the maintenance cost of power generation equipment.
The genset is equipped with an independent and mature genset control system to realize stable control, ensuring the safety of the genset.
