Can Juice Beverage Filling Sealing Machine
This machine is suitable for fill and seam of non-carbonated juice, beverage, coffee, milk etc.
Filling and Sealing is integrated design. The filling system is powered by sealing system to ensure both of them keep absolute synchronization and coordination. Adopting the current advanced mechanical, electrical, pneumatic control technology, basic on the principle of hot filling. It has lots of advantages, such as fast filling speed, surface stability, low loss material, high sealing quality, machine running smoothly, nice appearance, easy operation and maintenance, the production rate of frequency control, etc. It is ideal equipment for medium-sized beverage plant.
The main electric elements adopt “Mitsubishi” PLC, frequency converter and proximity switch.
Setup the production speed on touch screen. Machine alarm automatically of all common malfunctions and show the cause and position of malfunction, PLC detect and decide to continue or stop the machine according the level of malfunction.

Q What is your trade clause?
A We mainly handle it by FOB, CFR, CIF, EXW, FCA. It depends on the client’s need.

A 30% by T/T in advance as deposit, balance 70% by T/T or irrevocable L/C at sight before shipment

A Because the cost and exchange rate changes rapidly, so all of our quotation for you is with 30 days valid. If you need any update price, please feel free to contact us.
Q How could I know if your products' specification is suit for our country power?
A All the machines are custom made. We will make suitable voltage and frequency products according to your need.
Q How long can you arrange delivery?
A About 30 days after we received the deposit payment, all the machines will be ready. You are welcomed to test the machine in my factory or we send you video of your machine running. Then you arrange the balance payment and we will pack the machines with wooden case and arrange the shippment by sea or by train.
