Yuexing Water-based Special Paint for Color Steel Tiles
The paint film provides water-based rust-inhibiting and waterproof protection for corroded color steel tile roofs. Even in long-term acidic or alkaline environments, the service life of color steel tiles can still reach 5-10 years. The product's outstanding rust resistance is particularly suitable for severely corroded roofs, with remarkable effects.
Refurbishment Construction Steps for Color Steel Tiles
Pre-construction Inspection: Carefully check the internal structure of the color steel tile roof to ensure it is firm and safe before construction.
Rust Removal: Depending on the roof size, use manual rust removal combined with mechanical grinding.
Surface Treatment:
Remove floating dust and powder layers from the old color steel tile surface. For aged surfaces, the original coating may have powdered due to UV radiation, and accumulated dust must also be cleaned. Use a wire roller to treat the powdered layer and floating dust, then rinse thoroughly with a high-pressure water gun.
Rust & Defect Repair:
Grind obviously rusted areas. For leaks and cracks, repair with epoxy zinc-rich primer.
Topcoat Application: Spray two coats of water-based special topcoat for color steel tiles, with a dosage of 0.18-0.2 kg/㎡ per coat.
Process Schematic: Grinding for rust removal → Cleaning → Primer repair for leaks & cracks → Spraying 2 coats of acrylic anticorrosive topcoat.
